Refund notice
Eligibility
Refunds apply only to seats we have invoiced and you have paid. Informational prices on the website are not charges. Complimentary archive access and unconfirmed waitlist notes are not refundable because no fee was taken.
Timeframe
Request a full refund at least seven full days before the first live session (Bench Lead or focused track) or before Studio Residency day one. Trace Reader notes: request within seven days of archive access being granted and before you download more than the introductory packet.
Full or partial refund
Full refund: you cancel inside the timeframe above and have not attended a live session. Partial refund: you cancel after the first live session but before the midpoint of the cohort. We retain 40% of the seat fee for materials and facilitation already delivered, and return the remainder. After the midpoint, seats are not refundable except where Thai consumer law requires otherwise or where we cancel the programme.
Non-refundable items
Travel, lodging, hardware, carrier SIMs, and third-party profiler licences you buy yourself. Bank transfer fees charged by your bank. Custom device-wall time booked outside a residency, once the slot has started. Printed materials already shipped, if any.
If we cancel
If Metric Cloudcore cancels a cohort or residency, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date. We will not keep a fee for a programme we did not run.
Refund process
Write to info@metric-cloudcore.digital with the invoice number, seat type, and reason. Put “Refund” in the subject. We acknowledge within two working days and confirm the calculation. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time and method
Once approved, allow up to fifteen working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank. We refund in Thai baht to the account that paid the invoice. We do not refund in cash at the Wattana desk.
Cancellation by you
You may cancel by email. Moving a Bench Lead seat to the next cohort, if space exists, is not a refund; it is a transfer. One free transfer is allowed if requested at least seven days before start. Further transfers may incur a ฿1,500 administration fee, stated on the amendment note.
Exceptions
Serious illness or a documented family emergency may justify a full refund or transfer outside the usual window; send supporting detail privately. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may delay future enrolment. Statutory rights under Thai law are not limited by this notice where they cannot be limited.
